htc d816d bootloader unlock and cid change done on direct mode but s-off error

when i was upgrading clip it gave an error

and after continue
this

but in 2nd image

clip registered - yes
email activated - yes
clip activated - yes
clip upgrade available - no

according your procedure all is o.k.
then why it gives check keycard fail error
