work 100% for htc d820u ONLY MT6582

but Only need repair imei after flash

ROM ALPS D826w | [Official] add the 05/20/2015 on Needrom

root and repair imei by -mtk-droid-tools

LATEST MTK Droid Tools v2.5.3 2014 (imei repair-rooting tool and more...)

It is dead by firmware…. all htc firmware should flash without selecting preloader… if it is selected, end in dead…… Because u are flasing diffrent region firmware without knowing region of the phone.
