htc desire 500 stuck in unlock bootloader window-help - GSM-Forum

htc desire 500 hang in logo-i have done many by recovery and custom firmware-but this one failed.

C:\android>fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code.bin
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)... OKAY [ 0.141s]
writing 'unlocktoken'... INFOunlock token check successfully
OKAY [ 0.016s]
finished. total time: 0.156s

now phone screen got unlock bootloader-select yes-""then power button no action"""((((when select no and press power button it working-so not power switch problem)))))

so can not unlock bootloader

is it hardware problem?
