Mistake found .I should type this command "fastboot flash zip PO49IMG.zip"
But with this command I got following error,

Why allways "signature verify fail"?

seems lik yur emmc is faulty

I cannot unlock bootloader also.
At the time of boot loader unlock when I select option yes with volume keys to unlock bootloader after writing unlocked bin.
I try to press on/off for yes selection it doesn't work for that time only.
Is there any other option to unlock bootloader without pressing on off.

You no need to unlock yur bootloader to flash stock roms.

I vil check the file sme times asia wwe file won't support cid htc_38
wil upload correct file tmrw

Not emmc only signature error now check yur bootloder its locked or unlocked. if unlocked relock again flash the rom nd note battery charge must b above 50%

I double checked ,
Bootloader is locked & battery is charged but error is same signature verification.

Try this rename the file as PO49IMG
copy to sdcard
Boot yur device n bootloder mode it vil start to flash.

Flashing is ok.
After it says press power button.
Than after pressing power mobile vibrates seven times on htc screen & it stucks there only.

strange did yu try hard reset if not gng into recovery mode unlock bootloader it vil reset yur device.
