Yes unlock bootloader write custom recovery
flash supersu.zip via recovery

Check in other pc's
Disable antivirus
Must be installed Microsoft Dot-net framework

Try right click on file Properties/compatibility/
There check windows xp compatibility nd run the program as an administrator apply exit.

Run the Ruu
