[HTC DESIRE 820 single sim] Unable to update to Android 6 Marshmallow 3.17.401.3

Hello all,

first of all, thank you for welcoming me to you. I explain the reason for my coming. I have bought a htc desire 820. The device has only one SIM, and after downloading the second part of the software update
(Android 6 Marshmallow / 3.17.401.3 / 1.04Go part 2/2), after unzipping, the device reboot, begin to install it but after few minutes, it shows the red triangle (so the upgrade fails).

I have repeated this procedure so many times. I have also reset the device to factory settings, backing up what was possibile to backup, but also this procedure fails.
I spent hours searching for a solution without being able to find and here I am among you. I suspect a damage in the recovery stock... the phone works but I stay blocked in Android 5.02. The device is not rooted and the bootloader is locked.

Please if anyone can help me or better, have a solution (flash the recovery stock or install a new ROM stock but i haven't found any compatible files for my main version and CID).

Thanks by advance and excuse my level school english (i'm french).

Hello
and thank you for taking your time to solve my problem. I looked carefully at the link you gave me but I can not find the firmware corresponding to my CID (HTC__031), it does not appear in the list.

could you tell me which firmware I have to download?
Thanks in advance.
