HTC desire c "PL01100" stuck on htc logo

hi

i have a htc desire c stuck on htc logo like this


i try a factory reset many times but without any help

i found in some forum this file
RUU_GOLF_U_ICS_40A_HTC_Europe_1.45.401.4_R_Radio_1 0.11.98.09_1.06.98.13M2_release_265825_signed_

so i relocked the bootlooder with "fastboot oem lock" . but as i said the phone is stuck on htc logo so the file can't help me.

please help me

thanks . but i can't do the first step " Unlock yur bootloader "

because the phone as i said stuck on htc logo . so i can't "* Enable usb debugging n yur mobile"

You dnt need adb mode

Jus put in fastboot mode nd run the ruu exe
