hello HTC desire S need s-off Befor S-on try Custom Rom But set Hang On HTC
Then Deside to ruu Flashing but error
adb shell not accept can u tell me whats the problem Plz Solve This error i need ruu flashing

I think you need to spend some time on how adb work

If set hang on logo means usb debug is not enable,so how abd will connect your device ?

If you want to flash your phone to make it working again,download my htx tool from sticky and do read boot info,and post here logs of tool.

PS : What was reason to flash custom rom,you want to update it and before custom phone was well working ?

Well no official RUU on net for your phone.
Did you flashed boot.img after flash custom ?
If yes and phone still hang,contact me on yahoo or sonork,i will try to downgrade it without soff
