i m new in htc so plz help how to do flash this handset i try to know what is status phone about cid so i m not reached so help expert

C:\adb&fastboot

and handset put in fastboot mode phone take adb driver and conected
i open run type cmd and write this C:\adb&fastboot but not get any info
