dear sir ,

i have a desire x

problem : turns on shows htc logo then , turns blue light

when i go in boot mode :

*****Locked *************
PROTO PVT S-ON RL
HBOOT -1.25.002
RADIO -1.15.40.04
eMMC - boot
JUL 4 2013 , 15:31:14:0

HBOOT
< VOL UP> to previous item
<VOL DOWN> to next item
<POWER> to select item

FAST BOOT

RECOVERY
FACTORY RESET
SIM LOCK

experts kindly tell me the procedure of updating this handset

urgently waiting for experts asnwer

kindly give me the link the of files thereof

what you want brother .... (1)
install HTC SYNC 2 download RUU install your pc
then after installation falow setup by setup

i have installed htc sync 2 . connected phone fast boot mode ,

sync says no phone detected . which mode it is to be connected ??

you should boot phone is fastboot then
via adb and fastboot type fastboot getvar all and post the log here
