Now check both red part,not matching right,third part is about country,so always download matching one. Now see what james provided rom 1.18.666.2 matching right ? I think now you have well idea about htc  |

Extract the rom.zip from this RUU and try flashing it with fastboot.... Post here what error you get........ And yes your bootloader should be relocked before trying to flash any RUU or stock firmware.... As James instructed you above....... | |
