Yur mob alredy On S-off yu can flash any ruu

if yur bootloader already unlocked relock bootloader nd flash below givn Ruu

RUU_Ace_Sense30_S_HTC_WWE_3.12.405.1_R_Radio_12.65 .60.29_26.14.04.28_M_release_233505_signed.exe

u can use any room bcz ur phone s off
and on s off u can flash ur phone with any file

No rom will help until you change phone cid or or flash with same build as has.
To change cid navigate the adb folder which is in htx tool with cmd and type this command.
"fastboot oem writecid 11111111" without quotation mark
In case you get error like command error or not allow,you have to flash eng hboot in order to change cid.

ya if yu re on s-off no need to wry abt it yu can flash any ruu even yu can dwngrde . if not yu have to find crrt ruu for yur cid nd need higher version or sme version ruu need. if ruu not found bettr flash any custom rom to recover yur mob.
