HTC Evo 4g bootloader help - GSM-Forum

I have a PH44100 , bootlooped , locked, need to recovery factory is fine for my kid,
Phone info :

Model : KINGDOM
IMEI : 353171051729988
Build : 1.14.653.0
CID : SPCS_003
HBoot : 1.32.0000
MID : PH4410000
Security : ON
Region : Unknown

Ok, can get to fastboot only, via pc, got the unlock_bin from htc, followed the unlock info, when it gets to phone, i can press volume up and down, to the yes button, but press power does nothing with yes checked, with no checked it shuts down ,. no bootloader unlock, need complete firmware or ? help please,

I need help changing the cid of a ROM_zip I have. I can restore the phone if I had the exact as it had. I have good ROM, but need cid set to match my phone. Any ideas?

All buttons work included power in all other modes, SD gold card ROM will fix if I can change did info in the ROM zip file, the rom i have is for the same hardware
Can you help or ooit me to who can,. Was on boost mobile , sold by them
