how can i flash phone ? cause i dont know nothing for htc just samsung

I did it still same error ! I will download more rooms and post result , how can i flash via cmd with fastboot command if i have a zip rom on desktop

i think i know the problem bootloader veersion is "2.00.0027"
rom bootloader version 3.13.468.2 something like that
