htc m7c dug 802w

tried flashing with OTA_M7C_DUG_L50_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Nordic_7.17.402.5-6.13.402.2_release_425879 but failed. phone just restarts. should bootloader be unlock. phone is s-off and super cid. any ideas and have a nice day.

You can not use lollipop update directly using ota to use 7.x.x you must b on kitkat last version 6.x.x or use ful lollipop ruu zip Download ful lollipop rom frm below givn link

thanks for your response, i am downloading now and will post results. but tested with this firmware flashing failed. PN07IMG_M7C_DUG_JB_50_S1_HTC_Europe_2.19.401.1_Rad io_1237.21.28.0627_release_326125. since phone is s-off and supercid, any way to downgrade boot so that i can flash the above firmware. have a nice day.

Use this special Htc fastboot driver

Extract firmware.zip frm ota
Copy to fastboot folder wic i give
Cnnt yur device in fastboot mode
Run these cmmds

fastboot devices
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash firmware.zip
fastboot reboot

After flash complete flash the ful lollipop via fastboot

Strange why yu re getting error even aftr s-off
Did yu try any custom roms.

It is s-off, unlocked bootloader , twrp and with super cid , I have downloaded this firmware
"RUU_M7C_DUG_K443_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_6.13.401.3 _Radio_1237.28.35.0516_release_391892_signed"
Relock bootlader and start flashing , During flash it gave me same error as mentioned above in pictures and now phone is stack at black screen with 4 triangles at each corner and HTC in the middle, no bootloader and recovery,
can you give me advice to recover it
