Htc m8 help

Hi. I tried to read a lot, but HTC can become a nightmare just to install a stock firmware. I really apreciatte any help given.
Without any major reason, phone simply does not boot up. Then i started to understand how could i get there a new stock firmware. I was able already to unlock bootloader and to install TWRP. But firmwares are very hard to find and i don't understand wich version of firmware or even if i can install any other different from original.
This was what i get before i got bootloader unlocked:
M8_UL PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT- 3.19.0.0000
RADIO-1.29.214500021.11G
OpenDSP-V51.2.2-00593-M8974_FO.1015
OS-6.13.661.9
eMMC-boot 2048MB

Now, i searched a lot here and on xda, but links are dead or everything is very confusing and i am 5/6 hours continuasly without almost no progress. Please, if any of you are really experts on htc flashing and could give a help i would be very thankful.Thank you.
PS: i just root it also trough twrp...don't know if did right or not...
