Error can be by EMMC damage or by bootloader that need sdcard metode to flash firmware, not all phone can flash by fastboot command.
Try unlock bootloader if after operation your boot unlocked, relock it again and try flash again.
This is exacly firmware that you got in phone should work after boot unlock and relock. If you will got any error in unlock bootloader procedure mean EMMC damaged and to fix phone need exchange it(mean hardware problem).

As you can see your Product (a52_dtul) and main version (1.17.707.8) this indicates your phone is DTUL But according to your modelid (0PHC40000) your phone is DWGL that's why this is giving you this error(model checking error) Bcz you're writing is modelid firmware (0PHC10000). Got it.

in short for repair your phone you have to change modelid from (0PHC40000) to (0PHC10000) after changing modelid you can write this firmware and you can change you modelid on any professional tool like (XTC clip2)
That's why Moderators are not replying you and try to learn by yourself via search button
