HTC M8Sw logo brick - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone,
after some wrong operations (erase all data using TWRP), my HTC M8Sw remains stuck on the logo.
I can get into TWRP but do not know how to move forward.

Here's some info:
HBOOT-3.19.0.0000
RADIO-1.24.30306251.15G
OS- (empty)

Give me a hand?

copy to sdcard boot into recovery flash the rom

It does not allow me to download.
