hello. my m4 is stuck at fastboot/bootloader (not starting to normal) and i cannot get it to unlock bootloader.. every time i try to unlock nothing happened.
i used htcdev and bst to unlock and still no success. is there any solution to unbrick the phone

HTC sync Driver must be installed

Unlock Bootloader

Recover : TWRP 2.7.0.5 Download

Rom file nandroid backup flash via Twrp recovery HTC_One_Mini_M4_Android_4.4.2

USB Flash drive

* 1st unlock yur boot loader nd install TWRP 2.7.0.5 Tutorialhere

* Download ROM and Copy to Flash Drive

* Push your device to recovery mode by Hold " power + Volume Down

* Go to recovery mode in your device , then plug in USB Flash drive with USB OTC and connect to your device



* Select Advance >> Mount USB OTG , select Install located to ROM in Flash drive

* Then just flash ROM m4kk_4.4.2_3.10.401.4_root-odex.zip

* Wait for moment until Successfully

Done and reboot your device !!!!!!

I got problem unlocking bootloader here, after downloading the token which HTC sent I got this in fastboot:
