htc one m7 boot loop

HTC one M7 is in continuous boot loop.It asks for screen lock when we unlock the screen it just sits for few seconds on htc and again restarts.It has the OS
6.14.206.2 O2 UK. I installed twrp and custom rom but can't boot fully.

Ok followed this procedure :

fastboot devices
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip PN07IMG.zip
fastboot reboot

And got this error.

C:\>fastboot flash zip PN07IMG.zip

Check yur bootloader if unlocked already relock yur bootloader nd try.

I have flashed ARHD rom but it still can't boot complete.How to flash with Y cable.I have the cable.

Tried to flash from Y cable it wont recognize the PN07IMG.zip. Its allready in zip format but it still skips the file and returns to bootloader screen.Checked the md5 sum of downloaded file and its correct.I relocked the bootloader and flashed firmware from OTA zip through fastboot

but cant flash the whole OTA zip it gives me error 12

with Y cable it only flashed the hboot and updated to 1.61.0000. and it returned to bootloader screen.repeated the same process but it just returns to boot loader screen.

Thanks james for pointing me.Flashed successfully ViperOne_8.0.0 .
But without baseband and imei.
now the device works fine without imei.
how can i restore the lost imei.

Extract firmware.zip frm ota
flash via fastboot
