Post your phone bootloader info log!

Try unlock boot loader if it’s fail then eMMC problem

Sorry I'm not clued up with htc's what program do I use to read info?
Also Iv been messing round with different programs and one showed boot loader locked

you may want to get yourself acquainted with fastboot, if you don't have pro tools to help you with reading info.
for starters, post a screen shot of your fast boot screen for some slight hints of what you're actually talking about.

iv got it to read this from fone if its any help also when i
go into recoverey it says devloper only in red writing
