Htc one m8 user pin code

Hi! I have a Htc one m8 with user pin code activated. I can't do hard reset , i think maybe because "The Fast boot option in Settings > Power must not be selected."

And i can't do anything with One_M8_All-In-One_Kit_ because i think usb debugging is not activated, and i can't activate it because i do not have acces to the phone's settings.

For hard reset i have tried this but did not work:
If you can’t turn HTC One on or access settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the hardware buttons on HTC One.

Important: The Fast boot option in Settings > Power must not be selected.
Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.
Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.

Is there a solution for my problem?

SOLVED!
Leave it to descharge the battery completely
Put something to hold the volume down button and plug in the charger
After will get little power, start the phone with volume down pressed and will go in recovery....
