HTC One M9 - Error 155 in RUU EXE and RUU_ZIP_ERROR in fastboot - GSM-Forum

Hello. I have HTC One M9 0PJA100 with damaged firmware. After power on, it displays white screen with HTC green logo, and it stuck at this. I tried to flash a few RUU EXE firmware's found at TheAndroidSoul, but each firmware quickly after starting upgrade ends with error 155. I tried also flashing RUU ZIP firmware via fastboot, but I get error FAIL12 RU_ZIP_ERROR. Any ideas to fix this phone? Thanks.

RUU EXE which I tried:
1) RUU_HIMA_UL_M60_SENSE70_ATT_MR_NA_Gen_Unlock_3.35. 617.12.exe
2) RUU_HIMA_UL_M60_SENSE70_TMUS_MR_TMOUS_3.39.531.31. exe
3) RUU_HIMA_UL_N70_SENSE80_ATT_MR_NA_Gen_Unlock_4.23. 617.1.exe

And I forgot add that phone is secured - S-ON - so only ROMs signed by HTC will be accepted.

Flash 1st Hosd File to Upgrade Hboot

After Update phone by Ruu.

Bootloader Should be Lock and Reprocess Hboot and Ruu flash!
