Htc zip Firmware Don't try Extract or Unzip They are Crypted!

Follow This Tutorial:

Did you tried this Firmware Via Sd Card?

i have HTC M9. now this phone is bootloap. when put fastboot mode working fine. but select download mode or recovery mode select following error coming. few minits rebooting. cannot check Getvar All details also.....

Any Body Have "hosd hosd_signed.img" can post link here. or give solution for this problam
