Its hardware faulty emmc
Replace emmc.

cutomer said me that they restarted and problem occurs before its working fine..

Can't say thse kind of issues wen vil happen.
its now hardware emmc. The only ways is to recovery yur device replace emmc.

problem solved 1st installed twrp and than did factory reset with twrp problem was solved
