Htc one s, blinking menu buttons when power on - GSM-Forum

I have htc one s and sometime when power on only blinking 3 lower buttons with blank screen , i just need to try again or remove the battery and it will power on normally, this happens sometimes also when unlock screen, phone is stock firmware tried hard reset several times already,

any ideas how to solve this problem.

Any ideas if this is software or hardware problem? anybody knows what stable firmware for this phone italian or european firmware.

Any ideas? for now i just disable fastboot on setu and phone seems okay, but why is t blinking when fastbook is enable?
