HTC One Sprint(USA) 4.3 Root,Recovery,ROM, CDMA To GSM Free Unlock Step By Step 100% Tested Solution in One Place.

01. unlock boot-loader from Here..

02. Goto this site and download your latest Recovery Link...
follow on picture below.

03. after flash recovery in Fastboot mode (Vol- + Power) then fastboot option and then power to get in Fastboot.
connect with pc and install htc sync driver and then with fastboot in command : fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.1-m7wls.img your recovery image name should be mention after "fastboot flash recovery"

after flashed recovery. now restart mobile.

if you want only Root then skip 4 and 5 step and follow 6.

04. after power on mobile connect mobile with pc and copy custom rom file Stock w Goodies 2.10.zip in mobile internal memory.. download from here...

05. now reboot in recovery mode and press install option.
then choice Stock Rom zip file and just Slide for Install custom rom. after finished just restart mobile and full power on.

06. then download superuser root zip from here...
and install in recovery mode as like as custom rom.

now time to Unlock process. CDMA To GSM Network Conversion.

Follow this step carefully.

01.After finished 1-6 step.
02. Download Android Terminal Emulator From Here...
3. Run Terminal Emulator
4. Type "su" (excluding quotation marks) and grant it superuser permission
5. Type "am start com.redbend.vdmc/com.htc.omadm.test.TestMainActivity" (excluding quotation marks)
6. You will get menu on your HTC
7. In that menu, select "API", then scroll down 'till almost end and select "simlock". it will hang for few seconds. wait...
8. Reboot the phone and hopefully it would accept GSM SIM
9. Enter *#*#4636#*#* in your dialer
10.In the phone information section(the first one) set preferred network type to something that is GSM specific: "WCDMA Preferred", for example. The phone will switch to GSM mode

phone is rooted and have the latest twrp for my phone its all done no luck error on the second step with terminal emulator
