Unlock Bootloader

Flash twrp recovery Here

Download Stock based custom rom here

Copy rom to sdcard

Boot into recoery mode

Wipe data ,cahce ,delvik cache

Flash rom from sdcard using recovery

After flash complete if boot loop extarct boot.img from rom flash via fastboot

fastboot flash boot boot.img

success fully boot loader unlocked. and instaled TWRAP. AND INSTALED CUSTO ROM { VIPER SV 1.5.0} AFTER INSTALL CUSTOM ROM STILL BOOT LOOP. ALSO FLASHED BOOT.IMG VIA FASTBOOT. STILL BOOT LOOP. HOW TO RCOVER PLZ HELP

Well instead of custom rom you should search nandroid backup or stock based custom.
