Yu have 4.4.3 version so yu cant get official ruu for this version the only way is unlock yur bootloader install any custom recovery like Twrp recovery . flash supersu.zip using recovery to root yur mob den s-off yur mobile . after s-off yu can flash any Official ruu. check tis link more details : Here | |
