First do not try to extract this,this file have system recovery and other important partition which need to fix your phone,but you cannot check such partition cause of encryption.

Just use y cable this cable also know as HD7 cable to flash your phone.

i dont have y or hd7 cable sir
i have OTG cable and micro cardreader ,1 gb memory card
can i copy the file to memory card
and insert otg cable to phone for fashing

Well without y cable its not possible to flash your phone with official rom.
What you can do search nandroid of same cid and flash using OTG.

PS: Yes you can flash higher version always.
