before you reflash the original rom be sure that your battery is full charge bcoz its happen to my one x its not continuing flashing when its not ffull charge..

its happen to me i have htc one x unkown imei i make hard reset and its work for one day only next day he turn off and go to same problem i will ty to reflash

if you have to flash official stock rom then bootloader should be locked,and rooting is not a matter
