Before Run ruu check yur BOOTLOADER Unlocked or locked

If unlocked relock yur bootloader 1st den run the ruu run below givn cmmd to lock yur bootloader

fastboot oem lock

all steps i followed as u gave me in link

sucessfully install rom from adb sideload

after update now set is hang on htc one logo

now what to do plz guide

Goto recovery reset yur device nd wipe delvik cache (dnt wipe system)

Extract boot.img from rom flash via fastboot

fastboot flash boot boot.img

i did as u told me
extract boot.img from rom
and flashed it in fast boot

after that still same hang in htc one logo

Flashed it with only Ruu,Sideload or twrp method not work properly it,s give you error in the end but also said succesfully flashed.
1:Charge Battery Fully.
2ownload the ruu given above By James.
3:Check Bootloader locked or relocked.
4:install All Drivers good to try on win 7 because win 7 is good in performing htc ruu flashing Teset 3 Htc One Set not working on Xp.
5:Flashed it and wait for sometime your problem 100% Solved.

Download this firmware.zip nd flash via fastboot

fastboot flash zip firmware.zip

or

Download this OTA Zip Rename it as update (dnt change extension)

Put yur mob into recovery mode there select update via adb

copy the rom into adb folder nd run below cmmd to flash

adb sideload update.zip
