good mrng htc opcv1 possible to unlock and is it useful in india?

First always make good title to avoid thread delete.
And yes this phone can be unlock for cdma i unlocked many,but you need s-off phone and process is same as m7,extra thing you have to do it make iti RUIM from NV.
