HTC desire 820n can not relive. Help please.

Hi, i need some help with my htc 820n. I recived this phone by a friend and he give it to me already bricked. now i'm trying to get it back to live but still it doesn't work. i'm not a practising modder,, so i'm not so exert with this things.

I've tryied to instal new software by fastboot, but it give me always error, it seems i have no recory mode. The samy by SD card :halted due to large image.
