HTC Sensation XL Restart problem. Need Help from Expart. details inside.

I got a Sensation XL problem is when power on and before come full function it restart again.

1. I Unlocked boot loader and flash recovery.
2. flash custom different ZIP ROM via recovery but still same
3. did wipe, calvin cache wipe etc.
4. but still same. restarting.

what should I do? S-ON. I can't S-Off. cause before coming phone menu it restart.
