HTC U 11 Wont Go Pass Welcome Screen, No Wireless or Data Searching ability

Seeking some urgent help for my HTC U 11 BS_US001 and 2PCZ50000, I was trying some new roms and i think i messed up. below I have managed to show the getvar result. however on actual screen in download mode OS is saying 2.33.401.10. I tried flashing a few . . 617. RRU but I wont get pass the welcome screen with a little lock to the top left hand corner and cannot connect to wifi or find a network. I am able to change CID and MID with the use of HTC DEv info tool and I can access TWRP. All help would be appreciated. Any further info needed I am available 24/7 missing my phone badly
