hi
3 time i try to enter unlock code to the htc windows phone and i notice the the customer already tried to put bad code until exced the counter number and the phone display ''you have tried 6 times, please wait until the end of time'' . need help to reset counter. thk

You need waiting Sam time <24h

thk for yr answer but i want to know if i need to remove battry or no. bcz after 24h , it dislay a same thing
