Firewater and sunshine will not work in his case as phone not fully powered on
If you think firewater can be run under recovery mode,so i don't think so as custom recovery not execute all command which can be execute on adb debug

@noman_ahmad5355
I'm online,lets fix this phone
I Dont Said S-Off Will Work on hang logo Condition If Someone Needs S-off he must apply Custom Rom on M8 Best is Revolution HD M8. Some Cases After Custom Rom on M8 Wifi not Work But Data Network 2g\3G\4G Works And Sunshine Works With Net Connection So If Any One Have Ability To S-Off Better Then Time Waste Or Loss Client Take Good Payment & Do Fast Work. Nandroid Backup is Good Option But Mostly You Need S-Off For Restoring M8 From Updated HBoot Or OS I Already Tested Thats Why Share my Opinion Here. All Process takes Max 20-30 Minutes S-Off Restore Nondroid Backup then Locked Bootloader And Flash Firmware To Get Back Pure Stock And Wifi Working if Not Works On Custom before

IF 3.28.4017 Then Download This File Firmware
If 3.28.401.9 Then Download This File Firmware

How To Flash This File

a. Reboot phone into fastboot
b. Copy the FW file to your fastboot folder on your PC (if you don't have fastboot in your system path)
c. Rename the FW file firmware.zip (NOT firmware.zip.zip)
d. Type: fastboot oem rebootRUU and wait for device to reboot
e. Type: fastboot flash zip firmware.zip and wait for process to complete. Although you don't have to do this twice as you used to do with RUU ZIPs, it's STRONGLY recommended that you run this command a second time after the first has finished to make sure it 'takes' properly
f. Type: fastboot reboot

The phone will now reboot

0. All done!
