thank u so much for ur redirect i was found it last night and was try that way
but when i connect phone in twrp mode its ask driver "one" in divice manger i was selectadb driver on sdk but after i try send file slideload my computer go hang,
then i was try use pda net adb driver then its say fail
i was try use HTx multi tool and fast boot cmd but i fail both way
now my problem is driver
pls help me

its done i used pda net other adb driver (not select htc on driver install)
then put TWRP recovery then adb push rom.zip (used viper rom)
then just used install .......

i dont s-off this with any ways
i test firewater and rumrunner ways

Same problem htc one max WHL (hboot 2.49) no s-off and firewater and rumrunner don't work.
Bootloader unlocked and root.
