Its not corrupted yu can not extract htc stock rom zip files bocz of encryption
Rename the file as rom flash via fastboot

if the extension is rar frmat change it as .zip

fastboot devices
fastboot oem rebooRUU
fastboot flash zip rom.zip
fastboot reboot
