have tried downloading rom given by Mr james its a zip rom but i needed a scatter file which can i flash with sp tool as this is a mtk cpu i have got a link but thats for d616 which have flashed still hangs on logo so kindly provide me a scatter file link which can be flashed with sp tool and my recovery is not working so cant flash with zip rom

Yes but thats not a sp tool compatible flashfile its a zipped rom but my recovery is corrupted
