but i cant understand how to flash with this file
i have IR-KEY and BEST SMART TOOL
plz help me

You can flash to HBoot mode also you can flash to fastboot mode :
Rename your file to "0P4OIMG" then copy 0P4OIMG.zip to your adb folder & connect phone to fastboot mode
Do below commend :

Code:

fastboot devices
 
fastboot oem rebootRUU
 
fastboot flash zip PM60IMG.zip

fastboot reboot

Or

Load 0P4OIMG.zip to phone then reboot phone to HBoot and follow display instruction

i try with mmc but failed in updating

I think your phone bootloader Unlocked , Just relock bootloader
