Need help to S-off htc mini


hi
got a htc mini from a friend stuck on fastboot mode, dont know how it get there

***LOCKED***
HBOOT: 2.22.0000
OS: 3.10.502.3
eMMC-boot: 1024MB
jan 29 2014: 19:38:11.0
i tried to unlock the bootloader via htcdev after flashing fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin,nothing happening,no menu pop up,i tried rumrunner no sucess,cant enable the USB debugging mode,so i got errors, tried to flash dat stock rom RUU_M4_UL_JB_50_Cingular_US_1.32.502.3_Radio_1.19. 40d.00.14_10.20.40.4408L_release_333483_signed_2, it gave me usb connection error, plz help me fix the phone

thx bro, but i cant get it work,i put my mail account, and my htcdev account too,everytime i tried i get this error sever did not accept user credential...
but the soft detect my phone

Download this AT&T OTA official zip rename the file as update (dnt change extension)

or try this RUU RUU_M4_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_Cingular_US_4.13.502.3_Ra dio_1.29.40g.00.19_10.32.40.1115L_release_385202_s igned_with_hboot.exe

Boot yur mobile into recovery mode nd select recovery

There select apply update from adb

Cnnt yur device to pc wait for driver installation

Copy the ota zip to adb folder

Run cmmd below given

adb devices

adb sideload update.zip

the things i cant go nowhere it stuck on fastboot mode, if i go to recovery and press the power button it restart to the fastboot mode, i can only use fastboot command,adb devices dont show nothing,

C:\Users\asus\Desktop\adb>adb devices
List of devices attached


C:\Users\asus\Desktop\adb> but fastboot command give me this

C:\Users\asus\Desktop\adb>fastboot devices
HT385WA01315 fastboot
so it detect the phone

OK if revovery mode not gng den download that ruu.

Double click nd run it vil flash yur mobile

or extract firmware zip from OTA zip

flash via fastboot

fastboot oem rebootRUU

fastboot flash zip firmware.zip

after flash firmware.zip check may b yur mob goto recovery

or flash using ruu simply

T tried, but I'm still getting error 171(USB cable connection) I tried uninstall htc sync, drivers etc... Still getting the error, I tried on Windows xp pc same error, I search over de Internet how to fix Dat error, I tried some but it still giv me hard time...

You are directly flashing zip to phone which is wrong way to do this.
First "fastboot oem rebootRUU" after this command once phone reboot in black color display,then use fastboot flash zip "filename.zip".
Try and post result.

every time i send the fastboot oem rebootRUU command the phone respond reboot well, but dont stay at the black screen mode so i can use the fastboot flash command to start flashing,the fastboot recovery just come up again
