Flash for 626g+ also works normal on D626ph model,
tested right now, just choose correct region rom (Europe or ASIA).

Mine was D626ph (written on back of phone), I flashed with
0PM1100_A32MG_DUG_K44_SENSE53_htc_europe_1.01.401. 8_Radio_MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V62_P4_Release.rar ,
SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1524 used for flashing.


All went fine, camera works, everything works normal.
