i need official zip update rom for my HTC Desire 500 Dual Sim because i can't unlock bootloader

(when i try to unlock bootloader and move by volume keys to chose yes
to unlock the power key didn't do anything but if i move to chose no the power key work fine..!!??)

when i try flash with fastboot its says like below......

My HTC desire 500 dual sim does not turn on and not going in to fast boot mode after pressing volume-+power key and orange light is blinking can u please help me
