How to flash
 

Can anybody help me How to flash this rom and When I'm trying to extract file it showing invalid zip

You do not need to extract it, just flash phone in fastboot mode

First rename downloaded file to firmware.zip and put in same folder with fastboot.exe

Put your phone in fastboot mode
then:
1:
Open a Command Prompt window and change into your directory where fastboot.exe is located
2:in cmd type:
fastboot reboot-bootloader
3:type:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
wait for silver htc logo
4:type:
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip

Its getting over my Head do u have video tutorial
And where to find fastboot..exe folder

Can u tell me about fastboot.. exe and about step 1 in details

Download fastboot from here
Than extract fastboot-win to your C:\ drive.
Next - go to c:\fastboot-win folder, hold shift and right click on empty space, and select "Open Command Window Here"
next - put phone in fastboot mode - turn off phone and hold vol - and power key.
Then use volume keys to select fastboot and press power key to enter fastboot mode.
Connect usb cable (on screen should be "fastboot usb")
Next - follow steps from previous post.

Download MiniSdK.zip

Extract contents to c:\fastboot-win folder, replace all files if necessary, and try again.
