Read getvar info there yu can find modelid tak 1st 4 letters den add IMG vit it.for example if P0J21000 is yur modelid tak 1st 4 letter nd add img lik this P0J2IMG.zip.

copy to adb folder nd run these cmmds 1by 1

i have done everything, but i think there is problem with zip file, because if i try to extract it, it says file corrupted.. do you have any other working file?

Hello,

I have a working HTC one 802d rooted. Though i have rooted but not installed any custom ROM. My phone is working fine and i able to receive OTA Lollipop but not able to install. I have relocked the bootloader with S-ON. I have also TWRP installed . Can you please tell me how to flash the stock ROM that i have dowloaded from your post.

and these phone work with custom rom , bat phone do not HAWED CUSTOM RECOVERY ...
