when i try to flash this error is coming..

Check the file name remove .zip frm it and try

i have done everything, but i think there is problem with zip file, because if i try to extract it, it says file corrupted.. do you have any other working file?

You can not extract tat zip files becoz of encryption

Hello,

I have a working HTC one 802d rooted. Though i have rooted but not installed any custom ROM. My phone is working fine and i able to receive OTA Lollipop but not able to install. I have relocked the bootloader with S-ON. I have also TWRP installed . Can you please tell me how to flash the stock ROM that i have dowloaded from your post.
