please help HTC 3D LCD WONT COME ON , CHANGED CHARGING PORT HELP - GSM-Forum

I hope you all are having a good day.
I have a huge problem here,
I changed the charging port on a customers HTC EVO 3D, BUT AFTER I ASSEMBLIED THE PHONE BACK THE PHONE COMES ON BUT THE LCD STAYS BLACK.
HERES WHAT I DID , CHANGED LCD , CHANGED BATTERY, CONNECTED IT TO PC , UNBLUGGED BATTERY FOR 24 HRS , CHARGING BATTERY OVER NIGHT.
the issue is the customer wants the contacts, and his phone as it was , because he does not remember his passwords for all the apps and google account .
please direct me on what might be the problem.

In This position If U have IR Key ( Not Publishing any Product Only For Help ) You Can Do Backup Easily With This Key U can Control Handset Even LCD Blank Or LED Not Works This Have Function For Operate Blank Set Too and u Can Enable USB Debug Too From Software And Have Many Option backup Many things Witch U Want

Like it has a virus , thank you very much for answering me anyway
Please if you have an idea how to resolve that or you have a direct link to it
I don't mind paying anyone that can help me resolve this issue
