Unlock Bootloader Guide here

Flash latest twrp Recovery Download here

rename the recovery file as recovery dnt change extension run below givn cmmd to flash

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Download Rom here

Download boot img here

After flash twrp recovery

Copy the rom to sdcard insert to yu mob

Put yur mob in fastboot mode

Exract boot.img zip nd run the bat file to flash the boot.img

After flash boot img put yur mob n recovery mode flash the rom frm sdcard

Before flash rom ful wipe data,cache,system,delvik cache

THANK YOU VERY MUCH MY BROTHER
But my mobile has no ext sdcard /&its os not working,just on boot loop!!!
can not copy any files from pc to mobile b cuz my pc can not read it...3days ago iam trying to copy files or solve the problem but failed!!!
that is why i ask a help to find the right RUU EXE for my model with cid htc 203&version main 2.18.401.3
plz help me if possible.

Official ruu not available i guess

if sd not supported

use otg cable or slideload the rom using recovery

check tis thread slideload nd otg using guide here
